Ingredients: Acid: citric acid; raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate; acidity regulator: sodium citrate; BCAA (7%): L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine; guarana seed extract; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia; caffeine (0.9%); L-arginine (0.36%); nicotinamide; D-pantothenate, calcium; pyridoxine hydrochloride; cyanocobalamin; flavourings; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate; colouring concentrate from spirulina; inulin fibre.

Instructions for use: Dissolve the contents in 250 ml of water.
