You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

If you have ordered several products in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the final product.

During the withdrawal period, you may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as you would normally be allowed to do in a physical store.

If you use or handle the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose and this results in a loss of value, we may deduct the amount of that loss from your refund.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this, for example, by email or by using our model withdrawal form.

If you use the model withdrawal form, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request.

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the relevant goods to us.

We ask you to return the goods in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases provided for by law. This includes, for example, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken or removed after delivery.

For food products and other goods, a return may also be excluded or restricted where the product has been opened, used or damaged and a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments relating to the cancelled order, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option for the original shipment.

If you expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery costs.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.

You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
