Shipping policy

Once we have received your payment, we will carefully prepare your order for shipment. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the available tracking information, where applicable.

Shipping costs include the costs associated with processing, packaging and shipping your order. These may include packaging materials, postage and other costs related to processing and dispatching your order. Therefore, the shipping costs charged do not consist solely of the postage fees charged by the carrier.

For orders within the Netherlands, we use DHL, among other carriers. For international shipments, we may use other carriers depending on the destination country.

Free Shipping

The conditions for free shipping vary by country.

The €35 free shipping threshold displayed in the banner at the top of our website applies exclusively to orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

For other countries, a different minimum order value may apply to qualify for free shipping. For some countries, we do not offer free shipping and shipping costs will always be charged.

Shipping costs and any applicable free shipping conditions are automatically calculated during checkout based on the selected delivery address and destination country.

We therefore recommend that you always check the displayed shipping costs and conditions before completing your order. The shipping information displayed during checkout for the selected destination country applies to that specific order.

Returns

Would you like to return an order or product? Please always contact us before sending your return shipment. This allows us to process your return request correctly and provide you with the necessary information.

Cancelling an Order

An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

If you have placed an order but have not yet paid for it and would like to cancel it, please also contact us and provide your order number.

Returning Products

If you wish to return products, please ensure that they are carefully and securely packaged and sent to the return address provided by us.

The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed with us.

Returns are shipped at the sender's risk. We therefore recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage and tracking number. This will allow the shipment to be traced in the event of any problems.

If possible, please include the original packing slip, invoice or a note stating your name and order number with your return. This will help us identify and process your return more quickly.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return in good order, the amount to which you are entitled will be refunded using the applicable payment method.
