Panna Cotta Tartlet

@pluisjes.ketokeuken shared this delightful recipe: a Panna Cotta tartlet made with — surprisingly — Bolero Panna Cotta.
Perfect as a snack or dessert!

You’ll need:
10 cm springform or mini loaf tin

Base:

  • 30 g butter

  • 40 g almond flour

  • 5 g granulated sweetener

Mix all ingredients together, add to the baking tin, and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Filling:

  • 50 g heavy cream

  • 150 g cream cheese

  • 2 sheets of gelatin

  • Bolero Panna Cotta, to taste

Mix all ingredients and pour over the base.
