Frozen Yogurt Bars with Bolero

Are you ready to treat your taste buds to something healthy and delicious? 😋 These frozen yogurt bars, created by Ana, are not only super tasty but also incredibly easy to make. With just a touch of Bolero Strawberry, you add a refreshing fruity twist. Let’s get started!


Ingredients

  • 250 g rolled oats

  • 5 dried figs

  • 6 Medjool dates

  • 450 g Greek yogurt

  • Fresh blueberries (for topping)

  • Fresh strawberries (for topping)

  • 1 sachet Bolero Strawberry


Instructions

  1. Place the oats, dried figs, and dates in a blender and blend until a sticky dough forms.

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Press the dough flat with the back of a spoon to form an even layer about 2 cm thick.

  4. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with Bolero Strawberry powder, adding it gradually. (The flavor is strong, so you won’t need much. You can also use a Bolero stick pack.)

  5. Spread the yogurt evenly over the base.

  6. Decorate with sliced strawberries and blueberries.

  7. Place the tray uncovered in the freezer for about 2 hours.

  8. Cut into bars with a sharp knife and enjoy your healthy frozen yogurt bars!
