Place the oats, dried figs, and dates in a blender and blend until a sticky dough forms.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Press the dough flat with the back of a spoon to form an even layer about 2 cm thick.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with Bolero Strawberry powder, adding it gradually. (The flavor is strong, so you won’t need much. You can also use a Bolero stick pack.)
Spread the yogurt evenly over the base.
