Base
80 g finely ground granola
75 g melted grass-fed butter
30 g sugar substitute
40 g shredded coconut
20 g chopped walnuts
Mix all ingredients together. Place a piece of baking paper on the bottom of your cake tin and spread the mixture evenly over it. Put the tin in the freezer for about 15 minutes so the base can firm up.
Filling
400 g almond yogurt
6 sheets of gelatin (prepare as instructed on the package)
1 sachet (3 g) Bolero flavor of your choice
2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute
