Base

  • 80 g finely ground granola

  • 75 g melted grass-fed butter

  • 30 g sugar substitute

  • 40 g shredded coconut

  • 20 g chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together.
Place a piece of baking paper on the bottom of your cake tin and spread the mixture evenly over it.
Put the tin in the freezer for about 15 minutes so the base can firm up.


Filling

  • 400 g almond yogurt

  • 6 sheets of gelatin (prepare as instructed on the package)

  • 1 sachet (3 g) Bolero flavor of your choice

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute

Mix everything well and pour the mixture over the granola base in the cake tin.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
