Ingredients for the cake:
15 g oats
65 g egg whites
50 g quark (or Greek yogurt)
3 g Bolero Mint
25 g dark chocolate (60%) for the topping
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) together and whisk lightly.
Pour the mixture into a large mug or microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 4 minutes, then let it cool.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave (30-second intervals).
Pour the melted chocolate over the cake and let it chill in the fridge until the chocolate layer becomes crisp.
